A wrapper data class that contains values startInclusive and endExclusive to be used by OpenEndRange.contains operator that checks if the provided value lies in a right-open interval [startInclusive; endExclusive).
Parameters
startInclusive
The start of the interval (inclusive).
endExclusive
The end of the interval (exclusive).
