MutableRegistryWrapper

A mutable wrapper that adapts a MutableRegistry to a MutableOwnedRegistry with a specific owner type.

Extends RegistryWrapper with MutableOwnedRegistry capabilities, delegating mutable operations to the underlying MutableRegistry.
